The plants we share the earth with can help us with mental, physical, and emotional problems. Reading about their use can be very helpful, but in this workshop we will explore more deeply. We will focus on seven different plants through tinctures. You will connect with the spirit of each plant through a series of meditative exercises to experience and know on a deep level how each particular plant is here to help us. Developing a personal relationship with each plant will enable you to use these tinctures in a more powerful way. Dr. Sharif will also share with you information about each plant's common medicinal uses. We will focus on one plant for each chakra to cover a wide spectrum of common needs. You will leave with having learned detailed information about each plant in order to use these tinctures on yourself and your loved ones. Dr. Michelle Sharif, N. D. received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA, and her double bachelor of biology and psychology from the University of Illinois. She is now a practicing physician in Bellevue, Washington, where she treats all types of chronic disease with a special emphasis on cancer, autoimmune disease, and mental/emotional problems. Her approach is to identify and remove the underlying cause of illness, while simultaneously stimulating and supporting the body's inherent healing abilities. Dr. Sharif's goal is to restore the body's self-healing and auto-regulation qualities so that life can be lived to its fullest potential. Her tools are homeopathy, detoxification, Craniosacral Therapy, EFT, nutrition, herbal medicine, and flower essences. Registration Form |
